In the event you are not happy with your thobe or you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return for a refund or exchange for other items.You have up to 14 days to change let us know you want to return a product, and a further 14 days to return the product from the moment you notify us. Repack your thobe along with your returns form making sure you have highlighted the reason for your return, and weather you'd like a refund or exchange.
Return the the thobe(s) back to us using the returns label provided. (you will need to email us for this returns form)
After you have informed us about your return, you must:
- Returned within 14 working days.
- Items must not be used or washed.
- Items must be returned in the original condition it was received.
- Items must be returned in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging including accessories if supplied as a part of the thobe.
Return Charges Please Note that you are responsible for the return charges, unless an item is defected or faulty. Please retain proof of posting, this can be obtained from the post office alternatively use a recorded service. Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem please contact us before returning the product because we will not accept any unauthorised returns.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the returned items.
